| Pedal adjustment too tight will cause your issue. Back off the adjustment a little bit and see what it does. Thread rod into the clevis .5-1.0 turns and try it again. Noise from the clutch is not normal and the installer should have never greased the throw out bearing, It will sling out and can get on the clutch itself. They come pregreased and there is no need to regrease the TOB. Clicking noise when you push the clutch could be the Throw out bearing installed wrong on the fork, faulty pressure plate, Worn throw out bearing guide on the front cover ect. Most likely installer error.
